MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies (MRM) has released an update.
MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc. has entered into a purchase agreement with Triple One Investment Partnership for the issue of 2nd unsecured convertible-type corporate bonds with share options, totaling JPY 300,000,000. The bonds will be issued on October 25, 2024, with payment due by October 11, 2024. The agreement includes clauses that prevent the transfer of the bonds to third parties without consent and excludes the appointment of a bond manager.
