    Alkemy Capital Investments Plc est un véhicule d’investissement basé au Royaume-Uni qui investit dans le secteur des minéraux critiques. La société, par l’intermédiaire de sa filiale Tees Valley Lithium (TVL), a obtenu une friche industrielle de 9,6 hectares (ha) et un permis de construire complet pour mettre en place des installations de traitement de l’hydroxyde de lithium dans le Wilton International Chemicals Park dans le port franc de Teesside, au Royaume-Uni. La société, par l’intermédiaire de sa filiale Port Hedland Lithium (PHL), a acquis un site de 43,7 hectares près de Port Hedland, en Australie occidentale. PHL développe une raffinerie de sulfate de lithium durable, indispensable pour fournir une matière première fiable à la raffinerie de TVL au Royaume-Uni. Sa filiale Tees Valley Graphite (TVG) s’est associée à Syrah Resources pour développer une installation de traitement de matériaux d’anode active (AAM) en graphite naturel à l’échelle commerciale, située dans le parc chimique international prêt à l’emploi de Wilton (Wilton) au sein du port franc de Teesside, afin de fournir de l’AAM au marché européen.
