Game, Set, Sip: The Champagne Side of the US Open Lensed by Hunter Abrams

    September 7, 2025

Few things capture the essence of the US Open quite like watching world-class athletes push themselves to their limits; every serve, every rally, every inch of bare skin glittering under the late-summer sun, all the while you sit in your carefully curated ‘tennis match’ ensemble sipping a chilled glass of champagne.

However, one of the things that captures this essence brilliantly is Moët & Chandon’s return as the official Champagne of the US Open. Once again, Moët & Chandon unite tennis fans and champagne lovers in a shared spirit of victory and celebration.

Honoring the legends of the past while toasting today’s trailblazers, the house continues its tradition of pairing sport and class with a refreshing new twist. This year, Moët & Chandon debuts the Moët & Chandon Ice Mimosa, a reimagined classic cocktail blending Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial, the first champagnes crafted to be enjoyed over ice, with fresh orange juice.

Served in limited-edition US Open x Moët & Chandon goblets, the cocktail is available exclusively at the Moët & Chandon Clubhouse Bar, adding a lick of French taste to the tournament’s electric atmosphere.

Beyond the new serve, fans can sip signature pours, including Moët Impérial Brut, Rosé Impérial, Ice Impérial, and Ice Impérial Rosé. For those outside the stadium, the Moët Ice Mimosa can be found at select New York hot spots like Crazy Pizza, Le Coin, and Dear Irving.

New this year, the redesigned 360-degree Moët & Chandon Clubhouse Bar invites guests to pen postcards for the US Open, extending the tournament’s spirit of connection and celebration far beyond the court.
