    TORONTO, September 25, 2025–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (Hamilton ETFs) announces that it has removed certain content from its website and social media for the following exchange traded funds: (i) Hamilton REITs YIELD MAXIMIZERTM ETF (RMAX) and (ii) Hamilton Enhanced Canadian Bank ETF (HCAL).

    The removal of the comparative content outlined above was requested by the Staff of the Ontario Securities Commission (the OSC) in connection with the OSC’s issue-oriented review of sales communications as the content could be seen as not technically complying with applicable requirements, rather than the statements being incorrect. No changes were made to the funds’ prospectus or other disclosure documents.
