    Innovator ETFs® Announces Liquidation of an Exchange-Traded Fund

    WHEATON, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sep 17, 2026–

    Innovator Capital Management, LLC (“Innovator”), the investment adviser for the Innovator Uncapped Bitcoin 20 Floor ETF ® — Quarterly (the “Fund”), announced today that the Fund’s Board of Trustees, at the recommendation of Innovator, has approved a plan of liquidation for the Fund (the “Plan”). Under the Plan, which is effective as of September 16, 2026, the Fund will begin the process of liquidating portfolio assets and unwinding its affairs in an orderly fashion over time. The Plan is not subject to shareholder approval.

    Shareholders of the Fund may sell their shares on the Fund’s listing exchange, Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc., until market close on December 31, 2026, and may incur transaction fees from their broker-dealers. The Fund’s shares will no longer trade on the Fund’s listing exchange after market close on December 31, 2026, and the shares will subsequently be de-listed. Shareholders who continue to hold shares of the Fund on the Fund’s liquidation date, which is expected to be on or about January 8, 2027, will receive a liquidating distribution of cash in the cash portion of their brokerage accounts equal to the amount of the net asset value of their shares as of January 8, 2027. For tax purposes, shareholders will generally recognize a capital gain or loss equal to the amount received for their shares over their adjusted basis in such shares. The Fund will stop accepting creation orders from Authorized Participants on December 23, 2026.

    The Innovator Uncapped Bitcoin 20 Floor ETF® — Quarterly seeks to provide investors with investment results that participate in a percentage of any positive price returns of bitcoin while providing a maximum loss of 20%, before fees and expenses, of any bitcoin price return losses, over successive three-month periods.
