    Carrianna Group Announces Convertible Bonds Amendment

    Carrianna Group Holdings Company Limited has successfully amended the terms of its Convertible Bonds as all conditions precedent were met by the 23rd of August, 2024. The amendment is expected to influence the company’s shareholding structure, with prospective changes upon full conversion of the bonds based on the initial conversion price. Significant shareholders will see a marginal shift in their percentage of ownership, reflecting the conversion’s impact on the overall equity distribution.
