    Les « diaspora bonds » du Sénégal peuvent-ils être un succès ? Cinq questions pour comprendre

    En 2023, les fonds transférés de la diaspora vers le Sénégal s’élevaient à 1 600 milliards de F CFA, soit plus de 2,4 milliards d’euros, ce qui représente 9,4 % du PIB du pays. C’est plus que l’aide délivrée par les institutions internationales et les bailleurs de fonds bilatéraux.
