The world's largest food and beverage company, Nestle, issued a total of 1.1 billion euros ($1.29 billion) in new euro-denominated bonds on Tuesday, LSEG data showed.
The company issued an 8-year euro bond with an initial price talk of mid-swap plus 55 basis points at launch and a 13-year euro bond with an IPT of mid-swap plus 77bps at launch, LSEG showed.
The proceeds will go toward general corporate purposes.
