Two men accused of breaking into a former school Thursday will have to post $10,000 cash only bonds to be released from the adult detention center after a court hearing Friday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bonds after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Harold Shepherd, 52, of Star City and Shaun O’Neal, 43, of Pine Bluff with breaking or entering. O’Neal will also be charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine.
Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander explained the allegations based on an affidavit by Detective Sgt. Corey Wilfong.
Alexander said Shepherd has four more prior felony convictions and has pending charges in Lincoln County for which an alias warrant has been issued.
O’Neal also has four or more prior felony convictions and is on probation in Jefferson County. Both men were told to come back to court Sept. 25.
