JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – An organization that helps in the fight against human trafficking raised funds to help victims by offering a cup of joe.
On Saturday, Oct. 12, Hope Found held its second annual brewing coffee festival at The Gardens at Harmony.
The coffee smell was in the air, and people came out to sample different types of coffee and specialty drinks from local coffee shops.
Lindsey Spencer with Hope Found said it was great to see everyone come out.
“The coffee festival is a celebration of coffee. I’ve been saying it’s the perfect fall day to come out and sip a bunch of different coffees. There’s also like non-coffee things here as well,“ she said. ”We’re really thankful that all of these local coffee shops can come together under one roof and celebrate coffee and community together.”
All of the proceeds will go to the Hope Found organization to help their efforts against human trafficking
