    Youngtimers s’étend en Australie à travers Richmond Funds Management -Le 24 février 2025 à 07:45

    Zurich (awp) – La société de participations Youngtimers s’apprête à acquérir Richmond Funds Management (RFM), société basée en Australie, qui sera rebaptisée C Capital Australia à l’issue de la transaction. Les détails financiers n’ont pas été dévoilés.

    La firme sise à Bâle a signé une feuille de conditions non contraignante en vue de cette acquisition, précise un communiqué paru dimanche soir. Le contrat a été établi avec Senry Holdings, propriétaire à 100% de RFM, un gestionnaire d’actifs “réputé pour sa forte présence sur les marchés australien et singapourien”.

    Le portefeuille actuel de RFM comprend des projets de capital-investissement, de crédit privé, d’immobilier et d’énergie renouvelable, avec des actifs sous gestion de plus de 200 millions de dollars. “L’acquisition est soumise à un examen détaillé des comptes, ainsi qu’à la définition des conditions finales entre Youngtimers et Senry Holdings”, précise le compte-rendu.

    Par cette étape qu’il qualifie de “clé”, Youngtimers entend se consolider en tant que gestionnaire d’actifs centré sur l’Asie-Pacifique (APAC). En novembre, la société avait finalisé l’acquisition de la totalité des parts détenues par C Capital Acquisition, entité d’investissements basée au Luxembourg.
