    Eshraq Investments enregistre une perte en baisse au premier trimestre ; son chiffre d’affaires recule

    Eshraq Investments PJSC, anciennement Eshraq Properties Company, est une société privée basée aux Émirats arabes unis, active dans le secteur immobilier. Elle opère en tant que société de développement immobilier en lançant des projets immobiliers résidentiels, commerciaux, touristiques et autres. La société étudie actuellement un certain nombre de projets immobiliers qu’elle a l’intention de lancer, que ce soit dans l’Émirat d’Abu Dhabi ou dans d’autres Émirats, tout en recherchant des investissements immobiliers dans un certain nombre d’États voisins. Les projets de la société comprennent le projet Eshraq, qui est un projet de développement mixte comprenant des composantes résidentielles et commerciales, réparties sur une superficie totale de 50 acres, et le projet Marina Rise, qui comprend des tours d’appartements résidentiels, des tours de bureaux, un hôtel, des tours d’appartements meublés et un centre commercial au bord de l’eau.
