    Generali Investments lance son premier fonds de crédit privé secondaire avec Partners Group

    (Boursier.com) — Generali Investments annonce le lancement de son premier fonds de crédit privé secondaire en collaboration avec Partners Group, l’un des leaders mondiaux des marchés privés. Accessible aux investisseurs professionnels en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Asie, le fonds investira dans un large éventail de transactions secondaires de crédit privé au niveau mondial, afin de générer des rendements attractifs ajustés au niveau de risque.

    Le fonds est structuré en tant que Fonds d’Investissement Alternatif Réservé (FIAR) par Generali Investments Luxembourg. Generali Asset Management agira en qualité de gestionnaire de portefeuille délégué et Partners Group en tant que conseiller en investissement et co-distributeur. Le Fonds est classé Article 8 selon la réglementation SFDR.

    Le Private Credit Secondaries Fund s’appuiera sur les atouts concurrentiels de Generali Asset Management en matière d’origination et de souscription ainsi que sur l’expertise institutionnelle de Partners Group, acteur de référence du crédit privé et des transactions secondaires. Au-delà du doublement des capacités d’origination, ce partenariat permettra de renforcer les capacités d’analyse et d’exécution, d’améliorer le suivi et le reporting pour les clients, et d’intensifier les efforts de levée de fonds.

    Cette alliance stratégique s’inscrit dans une dynamique offensive de conquête de parts de marché sur le segment en pleine expansion des fonds de crédit privé secondaire. La hausse du total des actifs de crédit privé sous gestion, estimé à environ 1 600 milliards de dollars, devrait soutenir les futurs volumes de transactions secondaires. Celles-ci comprennent typiquement, les secondaires dirigées par les LP (Limited Partners) qui cherchent à vendre des participations dans des fonds, et celles menées par les GP (General Partners) qui impliquent le transfert d’actifs du portefeuille vers un nouveau véhicule.
