    King Street et Lumyna annoncent le lancement du fonds Lumyna

    (Boursier.com) — King Street Capital Management (King Street), société internationale de premier plan en investissement alternatif, et Lumyna Investments (Lumyna), société de gestion de Generali Investments, annoncent le lancement du fonds Lumyna – King Street Credit Opportunities, une stratégie innovante de crédit privé evergreen conçue pour répondre à la demande croissante de prêts opportunistes et flexibles.

    Le SICAV UCI Part II fund domicilié au Luxembourg, dispose d’un mandat d’investissement opportuniste qui permet d’aller au-delà des stratégies traditionnelles de crédit privé. Il mise sur une allocation dynamique incluant des prêts aux entreprises, des financements adossés à des actifs, ainsi que des opportunités de crédit en situation de déséquilibre ou de détresse. Cette approche vise à compléter les portefeuilles traditionnels de crédit privé en offrant une exposition élargie aux différentes opportunités de crédit.

    Expertise approfondie

    Fort de 30 ans d’expérience sur les marchés mondiaux du crédit, King Street assurera la gestion des investissements, apportant son expertise approfondie en crédit public et privé. Lumyna, en tant que concepteur et distributeur du Fonds, garantira une structure robuste ainsi qu’un large accès au marché.
