    Le groupe Intuitive Investments nomme un nouveau PDG dans la perspective d’une cotation sur le marché principal de Londres

    Intuitive Investments Group Plc est une société d’investissement basée au Royaume-Uni. L’objectif d’investissement de la société est de générer une croissance du capital sur le long terme en investissant dans un portefeuille concentré sur des entreprises de sciences de la vie et de technologie à croissance rapide et/ou à fort potentiel, opérant principalement au Royaume-Uni, en Europe continentale, aux États-Unis et dans la région Asie-Pacifique (APAC). La société vise un rendement moyen pour les actionnaires de 20 % de croissance du capital par an. La stratégie de la société consiste à investir dans des sociétés non cotées et dans des sociétés dont les actions ordinaires sont cotées en bourse. La société peut acquérir des investissements directement ou par le biais de participations dans des structures ad hoc, des sociétés de portefeuille intermédiaires ou des filiales. La Société s’attend à détenir un portefeuille concentré d’investissements et ne cherchera pas à réduire le risque de concentration par la diversification. Son conseiller financier est SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP.
