    M&G renforce son équipe d’origination Direct Lending

    (AOF) – M&G Investments a annoncé l’arrivée de Gijs Boumans, responsable de l’origination sur le crédit privé, au sein de son équipe Direct Lending, basée à Amsterdam. Ce poste nouvellement créé s’inscrit dans la stratégie du gestionnaire d’actifs visant à développer son expertise d’origination en Europe du Nord. Gijs Boumans sera rattaché à Robert Scheer, co-responsable de l’origination du crédit privé, basé à Francfort.

    Fort de 16 ans de carrière chez ABN, où il a occupé des postes de direction dans le domaine des prêts aux entreprises et des financements à effet de levier, Gijs Boumans sera principalement responsable de la recherche et de l’exécution des prêts aux Pays-Bas.

    Robert Scheer a déclaré à propos de Gijs Boumans: “Il dispose d’un réseau d’origination bien établi et d’une très bonne compréhension du marché des prêts aux entreprises, ce qui renforcera notre expertise au profit des clients.”

    Rebecca O’Dwyer, coresponsable de l’activité Private Credit Origination, a ajouté : “En étendant notre équipe d’origination aux Pays-Bas, nous serons plus à même de servir les entreprises et les sponsors financiers en Europe.”
