    SM Investments Corporation exerce des activités dans les domaines de la vente au détail, de la banque et de l’immobilier. Ses secteurs d’activité sont l’immobilier, la vente au détail, la banque et les investissements de portefeuille. Le secteur de l’immobilier se consacre au développement de centres commerciaux, résidentiels et commerciaux, ainsi qu’à l’exploitation d’hôtels et de centres de congrès. La division des centres commerciaux développe, dirige, exploite et entretient les activités des centres commerciaux modernes et toutes les activités connexes, tandis que les divisions résidentielles et commerciales se consacrent au développement et à la transformation de zones résidentielles, commerciales et autres. Le secteur bancaire comprend sa participation au bénéfice net de BDO Unibank, Inc. et de China Banking Corporation. Le secteur des investissements de portefeuille comprend 2GO Group, Inc, Philippine Geothermal Production Company, Neo filiales et associés, Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation, entre autres.
