    April 16, 2025

    Subject: Personnel

Trinity Investments (“Trinity”), a U.S.-based hospitality-focused real estate investor, announced today the promotion of Rob Tanenbaum to Managing Director of Strategic Operations, effective immediately. Rob will continue to report to Greg Dickhens, a Managing Partner of Trinity Investments.

In his expanded role, Rob will oversee Trinity’s Strategic Operations team in the United States and Europe.

“Since joining Trinity last year, Rob has done a tremendous job enhancing the performance and value of Trinity’s assets including the Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando and The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida,” said Dickhens. “Rob is one of the most talented asset management executives in the hospitality industry and brings a great deal of experience and expertise to Trinity’s team.”

“I am grateful for the opportunity to take on this expanded role and appreciate the trust the Trinity partners have placed in me. It has been inspiring to be part of Trinity’s remarkable growth over the past year, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside such a talented group,” said Tanenbaum.

Today’s announcement follows Trinity’s recent promotion of Craig Lovett to Managing Director of Development in early March, marking a wave of strategic elevations at the firm.
