The Wealth Company Mutual Fund launches its first flexi cap scheme

    September 8, 2025

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund, part of the Pantomath Group, launched its maiden Flexi Cap Fund, a new fund offering (NFO) aimed at investing across large, mid, and small-cap segments. The fund seeks to deliver dynamic allocation across market caps based on fundamentals, valuations, and market conditions.

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund combines institutional-quality research, private equity-style due diligence, and retail-focused accessibility.

The Flexi Cap Fund applies proprietary investment frameworks to identify opportunities and manage risks, according to the company.

“This fund brings depth and diligence to public markets, with dynamic allocation across market caps. Our goal is to create long-term wealth with conviction and clarity,” said Madhu Lunawat, Founder and MD of The Wealth Company Mutual Fund.

Aparna Shanker, Chief Investment Officer – Equity, said, “We aim to deliver consistent returns by blending disciplined frameworks with agile investment decisions, supported by private equity-style checks and continuous monitoring.”

The fund’s research process includes promoter analysis, succession visibility, channel checks, forensic and legal due diligence, and proprietary scoring engines that track fundamentals, growth, and quantitative signals. The company also uses dynamic dashboards for continuous monitoring and early intervention.

Debasish Mohanty, Chief Strategy Officer, highlighted the company’s distributor-first approach. The Wealth Company Mutual Fund operates across 110+ cities with over 450 franchise partners, offering training, digital onboarding, and simplified processes for distributors.

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund operates under SEBI regulations and integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its investment strategy. The company manages approximately ₹10,000 crore of client assets across various funds and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) schemes, including India Inflection Opportunity Fund, Bharat Value Fund, and Bharat Bhoomi Fund.
