Hotel Property Investments Declares Distribution Amid Takeover Offer

    October 18, 2024

Hotel Property Investments Ltd. (AU:HPI) has released an update.

Hotel Property Investments Ltd. (ASX: HPI) has declared an interim distribution of 6.5 cents per security for the period ending October 31, 2024, showcasing the company’s strong portfolio and growth potential. Despite a final offer of $3.85 per security from Charter Hall Retail REIT and Hostplus, HPI’s board advises securityholders to take no action, emphasizing the offer’s lack of premium to HPI’s net tangible assets. The company remains focused on driving growth, having recently increased its FY25 distribution guidance.
