Wing Lee Property Expects Sharp Rise in H1 Losses

    August 6, 2024

Wing Lee Property Investments Ltd. (HK:0864) has released an update.

Wing Lee Property Investments Ltd. anticipates a significant net loss of HK$60 million to HK$62 million for the first half of 2024, a stark increase from a net loss of HK$108,000 in the same period of 2023. The loss is mainly due to a substantial decrease in the fair value of its investment properties and fund property, despite not impacting the company’s cash flow or daily operations. Investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing with the company’s shares.
