Tomorrow’s Voices will celebrate its 18th anniversary by hosting the 7th Annual Great Sip & Paint for Autism on Sunday [Nov 9], from 6.00pm to 9.30pm at Pier 6 Lower Level.
A spokesperson said, “In celebration of 18 years, Tomorrow’s Voices will again be hosting its award-winning fundraising event – the 7th Annual Great Sip & Paint for Autism with the event set to take place on Sunday, November 9 from 6 p.m. – 9.30 p.m. at Pier 6 Lower level.
“The Best of Bermuda 2022 Best Charity Event takes the concept of a sip and paint and spins it to even greater heights by making it the biggest night of painting. Last year, the event saw 75 participants with all funds going to benefit the Tomorrow’s Voices Autism Centre’s therapeutic programmes, which assist individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities.
“Along with a night full of creativity and painting, there will be live tunes from DJ Fury that will have participants rocking in their seat as they create their masterpieces. Tickets for the event are $155 and include dinner, an all-inclusive wine bar, dessert, Henna Tattoos, prizes as well as all painting fun.
“As one of Tomorrow’s Voices biggest fundraisers, the event will help to raise much-needed funds for the Centre and services, as well as to broaden awareness of autism spectrum and other developmental challenges that affect families in Bermuda. The night would not be possible without the incredible support of sponsors Belco, CHUBB, Discovery Wines & Spirits, One Communications, Barritt’s, DJ Fury and SAS Protection Services. Tickets can be purchased through Tomorrow’s Voices website www.tomorrowsvoices.bm or by calling 297-4342.”
Tomorrow’s Voices board chair and co-founder Thea Furbert said: “2025 marks Tomorrow’s Voices 18th year providing invaluable services and support to the Bermuda community for Autistic individuals and their families. Over the past 18 years, Tomorrow’s Voices has grown to include supporting individuals from age 2 into adulthood with advocacy, education and research-based therapeutic programmes. The support of the community for events like The Great Sip & Paint for Autism help us continue this important work, and we thank everyone for their support.”
