    Pourquoi le service des impôts de Brive ajoute un créneau d’ouverture entre midi et 14 heures

    « Quand on travaille, avoir ce créneau, ça aide vraiment quand on n’a pas d’autres possibilités. » Ce jeudi, à l’heure du déjeuner, Olivier prend son mal en patience au service des impôts des particuliers (SIP) de Brive, exceptionnellement resté ouvert entre midi et 14 heures. Une mesure unique en Corrèze, proposée les lundis et jeudis, en pleine campagne déclarative.

    « C’est la deuxième année que nous mettons en place ce dispositif », explique Hélène Reigner-Dubil, responsable du SIP de Brive. « Nous ouvrons cinq journées en continu pendant la campagne. Cela permet de répondre à des situations simples comme à des cas plus complexes. Une partie des visiteurs cherchent surtout à être rassurés. »

    Ce qui ne veut pas dire que déclarer ses impôts est devenu simple. « Certaines situations, décès, revenus fonciers, séparation, exigent une analyse. »

    Malgré le déploiement de plusieurs canaux pour les usagers : accueil physique, rendez-vous téléphoniques, messagerie via impots.gouv.fr, la demande reste forte, notamment de la part de publics, souvent plus âgés et moins à l’aise avec le numérique.
