The event, organised by Hana Saith, was held in partnership with Islamic Relief, with all proceeds going directly towards emergency support including food, clean water, shelter, and medical aid.
Operating on a 100 percent donation policy, every pound raised from ticket sales and contributions will go directly to those in need.
Hana said she felt “honoured and grateful” to host the event, admitting there had been moments of stress in the lead-up, but that the support on the night made it all worthwhile.

She said: “The energy in the room, the support, and the kindness everyone showed meant so much to me.
“Because of all of you, we managed to raise £1,640… which is absolutely amazing.”
Guests took part in painting activities while enjoying a relaxed, social atmosphere.
A number of local businesses also supported the event, including MSR Decor, Oat and Foam, Bake It Happen, LA Patisserie, Heavenly Bites, Henna by Saf, Aqsa’s Food and Desi Nibbles.
Hana said the success of the fundraiser reflects the strength of the local community, with plans already being considered for a future event.
