    Sip Fresh expanding in Colorado

    August 6, 2024

    Aug. 6, 2024

California-based Sip Fresh, which serves fruit-based juices, teas and smoothies, is expanding to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado through an agreement with Katie and Chase Vettese. Targeting Class-A locations, this first location will reside in a prime shopping destination where locals frequently congregate, Katie Vettese said in a company press release.

“Our family has always dreamed of owning a business, and the beverage industry is a lucrative place to be,” she said. “The Vetteses were specifically drawn to Sip Fresh’s strong business model, simple operations and inspiring and supportive leadership team. The Sip Fresh model allows us the structure and flexibility to pursue our business ownership aspirations while continuing to cultivate a fulfilling family life.”

Chase Vettese’s family previously owned Wetzel Pretzels and Cold Stone Creamery locations, where he played a role in development, training and management. Katie Vettese has worked for Enterprise Rental Car, Indeed and Zillow.

“We are excited to welcome Katie and Chase to the Sip Fresh family,” Sharon Arthofer, CEO of Sip Fresh, said in the release. “This power couple will bring their franchise experience and entrepreneurial spirit to launch our first store in the Colorado market — and we are thrilled!”

Sip Fresh opened its first store in 2017.
