On November 7, “Sip, Savor & Stroll” returns to Disney Springs for a special holiday edition. Guests are invited to taste savory holiday-themed food and drink pairings. A host will lead participants through The Edison, Enzo’s Hideaway, and Maria & Enzo’s, with available time slots between 5 and 8 pm.
The Stroll will begin at Enzo’s Hideaway where you will enjoy a Thanksgiving-inspired bite and beverage. From there, head to Maria and Enzo’s for a winter-themed Sicilian pairing featuring executive chef Ben Dorado’s handmade pasta, and then wrap up the evening at The Edison where you can enjoy a toast to the Roaring ‘20s with a bite and sip perfect for the New Year.
Tickets are $85, with an optional truffle experience upgrade for an additional $60. Tickets can be purchased HERE. Ages 21 and older only.

First Stop: Enzo’s Hideaway
Sip: Spiced Apple Sangria – White wine, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, allspice dram, ginger liqueur, apple butter, white cranberry, lemon juice and fresh apples
Savor: Pumpkin Arancini, with pumpkin seed pesto & pecorino romano (optional black truffle upgrade)
Second Stop: Maria and Enzo’s
Sip: Espresso Martini Coquito – vodka, espresso, Brancamenta, coffee liqueur, rum, cream of coconut and nutmeg
Savor: Handmade Cavatelli Cacio e Pepe, with 24-month parmigiano-reggiano & black pepper (optional white truffle upgrade)
Third Stop: The Edison
Sip: Prohibition Punch – London dry gin, raspberry liqueur, sparkling wine, lemon juice, and fresh raspberries
Savor: Chocolate Raspberry Lava Cake (optional black truffle liquid nitrogen gelato upgrade)
