Fort Bend County Judge KP George will hold a press conference today to announce the awarding of Regional Mitigation Funds from the Texas General Land Office (GLO).

Fort Bend County has been deemed eligible for Community Development Block Grant Mitigation funding by the GLO. These funds will be directed towards several key infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing flood resilience and boosting community safety. The projects include:
