    Tiger Royalties & Investments nomme Jonathan Bixby au poste de PDG

    Tiger Royalties & Investments PLC, société d’investissement technologique basée à Londres, annonce la promotion de Jonathan Bixby au poste de directeur général, avec effet immédiat. Le président exécutif Colin Bird a démissionné, mais reste membre du conseil d’administration en tant que président non exécutif.

    Colin Bird, président non exécutif, a déclaré : « Nous sommes ravis que Jonathan accède désormais au poste de directeur général de Tiger PLC. Sa nomination reflète notre orientation stratégique suite à l’acquisition de Bixby Technology. Fort d’une expertise approfondie dans le développement d’entreprises technologiques à forte croissance, Jonathan est bien placé pour diriger Tiger dans sa prochaine phase et accroître la valeur à long terme pour les actionnaires. »

    Cours actuel de l’action : 0,090 pence, en hausse de 5,9 % à Londres mardi après-midi

    Variation sur 12 mois : baisse de 55 %.
