Transact Media Group expands beyond media with new products and strategic investments

    August 27, 2026

Transact Media Group (TMG) is entering its next phase of growth with the launch of new products, strategic investments in Bank Media Network and AuthVoice and an expanding ecosystem designed to connect media, data, commerce and transactions.

Following 5x year-on-year growth across its core media, data and performance business, TMG is expanding into transactional data, product discovery, creator commerce, travel, comparison, loyalty and measurable commercial outcomes.

The strategy moves beyond traditional media towards a portfolio of connected products and companies designed to participate in more of the journey from audience and engagement through to commerce, transaction and measurement.

“We’ve had an incredible period of growth with the core business, but what is most exciting is what we’re building next,” says Joel Williams, group chief executive officer of Transact Media Group.

“The first 5x proved that we could build and scale a strong media, data and performance business. Now we’re using that platform to build something much bigger.”

    Building an Outcome Marketing ecosystem

At the centre of TMG’s strategy is the development of an interconnected Outcome Marketing ecosystem.

The group’s core business combines transactional intelligence, media activation, measurement and performance, helping advertisers connect marketing activity to real-world consumer behaviour and measurable commercial results.

TMG’s Outcome Conductor provides an infrastructure layer designed to connect data, media,
measurement and commercial outcomes. The approach has already been developed across
activity involving The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Dentsu, Index Exchange and AdTonos.

“Outcome Marketing is going to become one of the biggest areas of growth in advertising,” Williams says.

“Brands increasingly want to understand what happens beyond the impression. They want to know whether marketing activity creates genuine commercial value, whether that is a purchase, customer, booking or another measurable business outcome.”

“Our ambition is to build products, infrastructure and partnerships that connect data, audiences, media, commerce and transactions into a more measurable ecosystem.”

    New products and revenue lines

The next stage of TMG’s growth is being supported by new products and revenue lines that
extend the group beyond its traditional media operation and into areas where it can participate
more directly in consumer intent, acquisition and transactions.

TransactShopping.com expands the group into product discovery, comparison and
performance commerce. The platform connects consumers with products at moments of high
purchase intent, generating revenue through affiliate partnerships, retailer relationships and
    transaction-led marketing.

TransactTravel.com is being developed around travel, insurance, rewards and consumer engagement, participating across the journey from discovery and booking through to insurance, rewards and associated services.

TransactClub.com expands TMG into household comparison and switching, focused on helping consumers find better deals across essential household services.

“We’re building a portfolio of businesses rather than relying on one revenue stream,” Williams says. “Shopping, travel, comparison, creator commerce, transactional data and media all ultimately connect back to the same thing: the outcome.”

Strategic investments in Bank Media Network and AuthVoice

Alongside developing new products internally, TMG has made strategic investments in two companies: Bank Media Network and AuthVoice.

Bank Media Network represents an investment in transactional and purchase intelligence. The
business is launching in the US with SKU-level transactional data, allowing advertisers to gain
greater visibility into purchasing behaviour at an individual product level.

In the UK, it will operate across broader transactional datasets spanning retail, category, audience and purchase intelligence.

The model is designed to create a stronger connection between media exposure and verified
consumer transactions, helping advertisers understand the commercial impact of marketing
activity. Mike Aronow will play a key role in its development and commercial growth, supported
by other experienced advisors as the business develops and expands.

“Bank Media Network is incredibly important to what we’re building,” says Williams. “The ability to connect media with what people actually purchase is incredibly powerful.”

AuthVoice is TMG’s investment in creator commerce, and will be led by Eima Cupples, designed to turn creator audiences into measurable commercial channels. The business connects creators, brands, products and affiliate partnerships, with ambitions across the UK, US, Germany, Australia and Ireland.

“Creators have built enormous audiences, but the connection between attention and commerce is still fragmented,” Williams says. “We want AuthVoice to become part of the infrastructure that connects those two worlds.”

    A growing partner ecosystem

TMG’s strategy is supported by a growing ecosystem of technology, data, media and commerce partners, including Mastercard, Amazon, Yahoo, Unity, The Trade Desk, Index Exchange, PubMatic, Nexxen, Equativ, DV360 and leading affiliate networks.

“The rapid rise of retail media reflects advertisers’ increasing demand for transactional and loyalty data to improve targeting and measure outcomes,” says Adam Kadet of Unity Programmatic Solutions.

Cadi Jones, SVP, EMEA at Index Exchange, adds that as commerce data becomes more
connected to media, marketers have an opportunity to move beyond traditional measures of
performance and build a clearer picture of what is driving business outcomes.

    Connor McCarthy of Nexxen says brands need more than access to transactional intelligence;
they need the data, media and technology to turn that intelligence into measurable, full-funnel
    performance and sustainable growth.

Scott Douglas of Travis Perkins says: “Transact Media helped us promote a wide range of
products through targeted Google Shopping campaigns and keyword bidding.

“Their CSS activity connected customers with the right products while delivering sales efficiently
    on a CPA model.”

These relationships allow TMG to connect its own capabilities into established media, data and commerce infrastructure, while building products around changing advertiser and consumer behaviour.

From 5x growth to the next 5x

TMG’s first phase of growth was driven by the expansion of its core media, data and performance offering. The next phase will be driven by organic growth, new products, strategic investments, partnerships and the continued development of businesses across the group.

The expanding portfolio is being built around a single commercial journey:

    Signal → Audience → Media → Engagement → Commerce → Transaction → Measurement → Outcome

“Our first 5x proved that we could build and scale the core business,” Williams says.

“The next 5x is about building an ecosystem around it. We’re not trying to simply become a bigger media company. We’re building new products, investing in companies and creating businesses that allow us to participate in much more of the journey between a consumer, a brand and a transaction.”

“The businesses we’re building today are designed to give us a much bigger position tomorrow. Another 5x is the target, but the bigger opportunity is building a group that can participate in the entire journey from audience to transaction and, ultimately, the outcome.”
