    Le port de Tauranga annonce que Salt Funds accepte de vendre ses actions dans MMH à un consortium

    Port of Tauranga Limited est une société basée en Nouvelle-Zélande qui exerce ses activités en fournissant des installations de quai, des terrains et des bâtiments pour le stockage et le transit de marchandises à l’importation et à l’exportation, des services d’amarrage, des grues, des remorqueurs et des services de pilotage pour les clients. Elle opère dans trois secteurs : Opérations portuaires, Services immobiliers et Services de terminaux. Le secteur des opérations portuaires consiste à fournir et à gérer des services portuaires et des installations de manutention de marchandises par l’intermédiaire du port de Tauranga, de MetroPort et du terminal à conteneurs de Timaru. Le segment des services immobiliers consiste à gérer et à entretenir les actifs immobiliers du port. Le segment des services de terminal comprend les opérations de terminal sous contrat, la manutention générale des conteneurs et les services auxiliaires de Quality Marshalling (Mount Maunganui) Limited (Quality Marshalling). Elle fournit à ses clients des chaînes d’approvisionnement en investissant dans des ports d’apport régionaux et des plates-formes de fret à l’intérieur des terres.
