    Shun Ho Property Investments Limited annonce la nomination des membres du comité de nomination

    Shun Ho Property Investments Limited a tenu son assemblée générale annuelle le 23 mai 2025, au cours de laquelle toutes les résolutions proposées ont été adoptées. La société a annoncé des changements dans la composition de son comité de nomination, qui prendront effet le 23 mai 2025. Mme NG Yuet Ying, directrice exécutive, et M. Warren LIU Yuk Cho, directeur non exécutif indépendant, ont été nommés membres du comité de nomination.

    Le conseil d’administration est composé de quatre directeurs exécutifs : M. William CHENG Kai Man (président), M. Albert HUI Wing Ho, Mme Kimmy LAU Kam May et Mme NG Yuet Ying ; une directrice non exécutive, Mme Mabel LUI FUNG Mei Yee ; et trois directeurs non exécutifs indépendants : M. CHAN Kim Fai, M. LAM Kwai Cheung et M. Warren LIU Yuk Cho.
