Property firm Settio opens new Birmingham base

    December 9, 2025

A property firm has expanded its footprint with a new office in Birmingham.

Premium residential lettings and management company Settio has opened a new office on Colmore Row to support rising demand from investors and tenants in the city.

Bosses say the new space will give the team a central base as its Birmingham portfolio grows, with operations overseen by London manager Matt Harkin.

Daniel de Abreu, managing director of Settio, said: “Having enjoyed a satellite presence in Birmingham for several years, now was the right time to cement our presence with a permanent home to serve the needs of our investors and tenants in a property investment hot-spot.

“We take great pride in delivering an exceptional property experience for investors and tenants, with a culture of professionalism, excellence, transparency, collaboration, innovation and client care.

“These core values drive our growth, enhance our reputation and guide every decision we make, setting a new benchmark for excellence in UK residential property.”

Settio has worked in the city since 2022 but opted for a permanent location as more clients diversify their investments across Manchester, London and Birmingham.

Its Birmingham properties are largely premium new-build schemes such as Glasswater Locks, Snowhill Wharf, South Central, The Forge, The Bank and East Timber Yard.

Founded in Manchester in 2017, Settio now employs more than 50 staff across offices in London and Singapore, supporting more than 2500 clients with sales, lettings and management services for UK residential investments.
