    succès d’une émission obligataire verte

    (AOF) – Icade a procédé avec succès à l’émission de nouvelles obligations vertes (green bonds) d’un montant nominal de 500 millions d’euros, à échéance mai 2035. Le groupe foncier, qui est également promoteur, signe ainsi un retour réussi sur le marché obligataire plus de trois ans après sa dernière émission. Son émission a été sursouscrite trois fois. Dans le détail, son spread ressort à 197bps à 10 ans pour un coupon annuel de 4,375 %.

    Avec ces fonds, Icade souhaite financer ou refinancer des actifs ou des projets vertueux sur le plan environnemental, conformes aux critères d’éligibilité définis dans son Green Financing Framework.
