    Franklin Templeton Closed-End Funds annonce des rachats d’actions pour le premier trimestre 2025

    Putnam Managed Municipal Income Trust (le Fonds) est une société d’investissement diversifiée à capital fixe. L’objectif du fonds est de rechercher un niveau élevé de revenu courant exonéré de l’impôt fédéral sur le revenu. Le fonds entend atteindre son objectif en investissant dans un portefeuille diversifié de titres municipaux exonérés d’impôt, ce qui, à son avis, ne comporte pas de risque excessif pour le revenu ou le capital. Jusqu’à 60 % de ses actifs peuvent être constitués de titres municipaux exonérés d’impôts à haut rendement qui sont inférieurs à la catégorie “investment grade” et qui impliquent des considérations de risque particulières. Le fonds a également recours à l’effet de levier, principalement en émettant des actions privilégiées dans le but d’améliorer les rendements pour les actionnaires ordinaires. Les actions du fonds sont négociées en bourse aux prix du marché, qui peuvent être inférieurs à la valeur nette d’inventaire. Le fonds investit dans divers secteurs, tels que les soins de santé, l’éducation et les terrains. Le gestionnaire d’investissement du fonds est Putnam Investment Management, LLC.
