    Aberdeen Investments acquiert, pour un investisseur irlandais, une résidence étudiante de 144 logements à Suresnes

    (Boursier.com) — Aberdeen Investments, agissant pour le compte d’Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM), a finalisé l’achat (en VEFA) d’une résidence étudiante à Suresnes, appelée “The Place” auprès de Cardinal Promotion. La propriété comprend 144 appartements répartis sur 5 niveaux, et des places de parking situées sur 2 niveaux de sous-sol. Il est loué à Cardinal Campus dans le cadre d’un bail de longue durée. Cette acquisition marque le 6ème investissement réalisé dans le cadre de la stratégie immobilière multisectorielle paneuropéenne d’ILIM et répond aux objectifs de diversification vers le segment du “Living”.

    L’engagement d’Aberdeen Investments dans le secteur immobilier a débuté il y a cinquante ans. La société de gestion s’est établie sur ce marché en tant qu’acteur chevronné et partenaire de choix de ses investisseurs, comme Irish Life Investment Managers.

    Aberdeen Investments et ILIM ont été accompagnés par IMAG’IN (conseil et management du projet), l’Etude Noter à Paris 8 et le Cabinet Lacourte Avocats. Cardinal Promotion a été soutenu par Enoma Capital Markets, Maître Adrien ALCAIX, Notaire à Lyon 2.
