    FIL Invests à moins de 5%

    (CercleFinance.com) – FIL Investments International a déclaré à l’AMF avoir franchi individuellement en baisse, le 23 avril, le seuil de 5% des droits de vote de Teleperformance, puis le lendemain, celui de 5% du capital, pour détenir individuellement 4,91% du capital et 4,79% des droits de vote.

    Ces franchissements de seuil résulte de cessions d’actions sur le marché. À cette occasion, FIL Limited n’a franchi aucun seuil et détient, au 24 avril, indirectement, 5,57% du capital et 5,43% des droits de vote de Teleperformance.
