    Real Estate Credit Investments Limited est une société d’investissement à capital fixe basée à Guernesey. L’objectif d’investissement de la société est de fournir aux actionnaires des rendements attractifs et stables, principalement sous la forme de dividendes trimestriels, par le biais d’une exposition à un portefeuille diversifié d’investissements en crédit immobilier, comprenant principalement des prêts immobiliers et des obligations. Elle investit dans la dette immobilière décrochée par des propriétés commerciales ou résidentielles au Royaume-Uni et dans les pays d’Europe occidentale, en se concentrant principalement sur les pays où elle considère que la dynamique changeante du marché de la dette immobilière propose un flux de transactions durable dans un avenir prévisible. Ses segments comprennent le portefeuille de prêts et d’obligations bilatérales et le portefeuille d’obligations de marché. Il investit dans divers secteurs, tels que les hôtels, les immeubles à usage mixte, les logements pour étudiants, les logements résidentiels, les bureaux, les co-habitations, les loisirs, les résidences secondaires et la construction de maisons. Son gestionnaire de fonds d’investissement alternatif est Cheyne Capital Management (UK) LLP.
