Steffi De Martino appointed deputy chairperson of KDM Investments Ltd

    September 10, 2025

Steffi De Martino, newly appointed Deputy Chairperson, with her father Kenneth De Martino, Chairman and Founder of KDM Investment Ltd

Kdm Investments Ltd is proud to announce the appointment of Steffi De Martino as Deputy Chairperson, effective immediately. This is a significant appointment reflecting both personal achievement and the Group’s continued growth. This pivotal role underscores the importance of Steffi’s leadership as the Group embarks on a new phase of expansion and restructuring to secure long-term success.

Steffi De Martino, daughter of the company’s Chairman and Founder Kenneth De Martino, brings a deep understanding of the group’s values and long-term vision. Her appointment represents a key milestone in Kdm’s strategic succession planning and leadership continuity.

Kdm Group’s interests lie in four principal business areas: the G4S Security Services group, including private guarding, aviation security, cash-in-transit, cash management services and electronic security systems; the Airport Ground Handling services, comprising Aviaserve and Aviaworks, the CtMobility services cluster, encompassing ctPark, ctCharge, and ctMove (whizascoot); and the Top 3 Travel cluster, which includes FCM, Stellina’s Holidays, Travel Mall, and more.

As Deputy Chairperson, Ms. De Martino will work alongside the executive leadership team to support governance, drive innovation, and strengthen stakeholder engagement across all of the company’s interests.

This leadership transition forms a central part of Kdm Investment’s broader succession strategy, which includes the consolidation of all Kdm-affiliated entities-previously a diverse collection of independent investments-into a unified corporate group of companies. This restructuring is designed to streamline operations, enhance governance, and position the kdm Group for long-term growth and resilience.

“We warmly welcome Steffi into her new role as Deputy Chairperson,” said the Chairman. “Her dedication, strategic insight, and passion for excellence make her an invaluable asset as we shape the next chapter of the Group. Steffi’s appointment marks an important milestone for the Group as we pave the way for succession. Her leadership and vision will play a vital role in guiding our continued growth and long-term success.”

Commenting on her appointment, Steffi Demartino said: “It is an honour to take on this role at such a pivotal time in Kdm’s journey. I look forward to working closely with our executive leadership team to build on our legacy and shape a future that reflects our shared values, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to excellence.”
