The Wealth Company MF adds Multi Cap Fund to equity offerings

    August 29, 2026

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund, part of Pantomath Group, has launched The Wealth Company Multi Cap Fund, an open-ended equity scheme investing across large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap stocks.

The New Fund Offer (NFO) opened on August 27 and will close on September 10. The scheme will reopen for continuous transactions from September 21.

As a multi-cap fund, the scheme will maintain at least 25% allocation each to large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap stocks, in line with regulatory requirements. The fund house has set an indicative allocation range of 25%-50% for each market-cap segment.

The scheme will follow an active investment strategy based on fundamental research and bottom-up stock selection, along with an assessment of broader structural trends. The fund will be managed by Chinmay Sathe.

The scheme will benchmark its performance against the NIFTY 500 Multi Cap 50:25:25 TRI.

The minimum initial investment is ₹1,000. The scheme will offer SIP facilities across daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly frequencies. The minimum monthly SIP amount is ₹250.

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund said the scheme aims to generate long-term capital appreciation through investments across the three market-cap segments.Madhu Lunawat, Founder, Managing Director and CEO of The Wealth Company Mutual Fund, said the fund would focus on identifying businesses based on factors such as management quality, competitive strength and scalability rather than market capitalisation alone.
