    Advance Residence Investment Achieves GRESB 3 Star Rating

    Advance Residence Investment Corporation, a leader in residential property investments, has secured a ‘3 Stars’ rating in the 2024 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, marking its 9th year achieving the ‘Green Star’ status for excellence in ESG practices. The company, managing over 280 properties primarily in Tokyo, is noted for its stable dividends and strong investment value, backed by a significant dividend reserve. ADR, along with its asset management firm ITOCHU REIT Management Co., Ltd., continues to focus on sustainability and value enhancement for its stakeholders.
