    Charter Hall Advances Takeover Bid for Hotel Property Investments

    Hotel Property Investments Ltd. (AU:HPI) has released an update.

    Charter Hall Wholesale Management Limited has completed the distribution of its second replacement bidder’s statement, dated September 25, 2024, to all registered holders of Hotel Property Investments’ stapled securities. This action is part of their ongoing off-market takeover bid to acquire all outstanding securities of Hotel Property Investments that it doesn’t already own. The notice marks a significant step in the takeover process under the Australian Corporations Act.
