    Charter Hall Retail REIT est une société intégrée d’investissement immobilier et de gestion de fonds basée en Australie. La société est gérée par Charter Hall Group et est propriétaire de biens immobiliers loués à des détaillants de proximité. Elle possède et gère des immeubles de bureaux, de commerce de détail et industriels. Elle utilise sa connaissance de l’immobilier pour accéder, déployer, gérer et investir des capitaux dans les principaux secteurs de l’immobilier, notamment l’industrie et la logistique, les bureaux, le commerce de détail et l’infrastructure sociale. Elle opère à travers deux segments : Convenience Retail et Long WALE Retail Property. Le segment Convenience Retail comprend des centres commerciaux de proximité détenus directement et par le biais d’investissements dans des entités en joint-venture. Le segment Long WALE Retail Property comprend des immeubles d’investissement en commerce de détail à long WALE détenus par le biais d’investissements dans des entités de coentreprise. Son portefeuille immobilier comprend notamment le 10 Shelley Street, le Pacific Square Shopping Centre, le Balcatta Industrial Park et l’Ascent on Bourke.
