SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — InfraMed Properties (“InfraMed“), a healthcare property investment and operating platform, today announced two additions to its team. Randy Ziegler has joined as Vice President of Asset Management & Operations, while Michael Gochakowski has joined as Director of Acquisitions.

“Since launching InfraMed, we’ve been focused on identifying investment opportunities and building the team and infrastructure needed to support our goal of investing significant capital to build a national portfolio of medical outpatient properties,” said Andrew Dunlap, REDICO’s Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Investments. “Randy and Michael bring extensive healthcare real estate experience that will strengthen our ability to evaluate new opportunities, execute acquisitions and manage a growing national portfolio.”

Ziegler brings 25 years of asset and property management experience, including 15 years managing national healthcare portfolios totaling more than 5.5 million square feet. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Asset and Property Management at Sila Realty Trust, where he led national asset and property management strategy across a diversified healthcare portfolio. His experience includes portfolio operations, financial performance, capital planning, leasing and investor reporting.

Gochakowski brings more than eight years of experience in acquisitions and commercial brokerage, with a focus on institutional healthcare investments. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President at Sila Realty Trust, where he led sourcing, underwriting, and closing healthcare acquisitions.

InfraMed was launched in August with a nationwide portfolio of 25 properties across 16 states anchored by tenants affiliated with leading health systems and specialty care providers. The platform is structured to acquire, develop, own, lease and manage medical outpatient properties across the United States.
