    mfg Solicitors appoints commercial property partner

    Midlands law firm mfg Solicitors has strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of Brian Hession as partner.

    Based at the firm’s Birmingham office in the Colmore Business District, Brian, who is is a member of the Law Society and the Investment Property Forum, will lead the commercial property team alongside departmental head Ben Rothery.

    He will focus on investment, financing and letting transactions.

    Brian said: “It’s a fantastic time to join mfg Solicitors and have the opportunity to help grow the team in this dynamic phase of the firm’s development. 

    “The firm really feels like it is going places and has a genuinely collaborative culture, with everyone pulling in the same direction. 

    “The recent arrival of a number of talented solicitors and partners is a real endorsement of the firm’s strategy, and I look forward to working closely with my new colleagues.”

    mfg Solicitors has offices in Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Kidderminster, Ludlow, and Telford.

    Ben Rothery, partner and head of the Commercial Property department at mfg Solicitors, added: “Brian has an immense reputation not just here in the West Midlands, but across the whole of the country.

    “He brings a huge amount of experience and expertise to the firm and is already making a difference at our Birmingham office where he is leading and developing our commercial property presence in the city.

    “As a firm we are working in partnership with more Birmingham businesses than ever before, and Brian will help develop those existing relationships and drive our growth with new clients.”
