Teesside property firm earns national recognition

    October 9, 2025

A Teesside-based property business has been recognised for its outstanding performance in the small business sector.

ARB Property Trading Ltd, headquartered in Stockton and led by founder Alex Bunn, has been shortlisted for Real Estate Business of the Year at The UK Small Business Awards 2025, following ARB’s recent success as a winner at the Business Awards UK 2025.

The company specialises in hands-free buy-to-let investments, helping busy professionals acquire high-yield Teesside rental properties.

Typical purchases range from £60,000 to £125,000, delivering gross yields of eight per cent or more.

ARB manages the entire investment process, from sourcing and legal work to refurbishments and tenanting, using trusted local trades and partners.

This streamlined approach has made it a go-to option for investors seeking hassle-free property opportunities.

Alex said: “Teesside deserves quality, affordable homes and investors who care about the area.

“Being recognised for Real Estate Business of the Year reflects our commitment to ethical sourcing, tidy refurbs and long-term tenancies – while delivering strong, sustainable returns for our clients.”
