    Yarra Capital Becomes Key Investor in Hotel Property Investments

    Hotel Property Investments Ltd. (AU:HPI) has released an update.

    Yarra Capital Management and associated entities have emerged as substantial shareholders of Hotel Property Investments Limited, collectively holding a 5.03% interest with 9,810,549 ordinary fully paid shares. The acquisition, which took place between February and June 2024, involved a cash consideration of $14,526,576 for a portion of the shares. The entities hold their interest through a web of controlled bodies and as responsible entities for managed investment schemes.
