For this weekend’s Magnolia Bowl matchup, Ole Miss fans have spoken, and thus they have received what they’ve called for: tradition.
Ole Miss will wear navy helmets, cardinal red jerseys and gray pants.
This is a combo that Ole Miss has worn traditionally, facing LSU over the last two decades prior to Lane Kiffin’s arrival. LSU normally wears their white jerseys, gold helmet and gold pants at home.

Kickoff on Saturday is set for 6:30 p.m. CT and can be seen on ABC or listened to on the Ole Miss Radio Network. This is a Top 10 matchup based on the Week 7 Coaches Poll, with Ole Miss checking in at No. 8 and LSU checking in at No. 10.
“It’s going to be a really fun opportunity,” Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart said recently about this matchup. “As a kid, these are the games that you always dream of playing in. Really excited about the opportunity to come in (LSU) and play.”
