    Hexagon Energy Logistics Sdn Bhd conclut un accord-cadre contraignant avec SIP JDA Sdn Bhd

    Le Conseil d’administration d’ENRA a annoncé que Hexagon Energy Logistics Sdn Bhd (« HELSB »), filiale détenue à 100 % par ENRA, a conclu le 20 juin 2025 un accord-cadre contraignant (« HOA ») avec SIP JDA Sdn Bhd (« SIP »). Cet accord vise à définir les principaux termes relatifs à la fourniture d’une solution de stockage par navire-citerne à SIP, en soutien aux opérations de CARIGALI-PTTEPI dans la zone de développement conjoint Malaisie-Thaïlande. La durée du contrat est fixée à douze (12) mois, du 1er octobre 2025 au 30 septembre 2026, pour une valeur contractuelle de 32,09 millions USD (soit environ 136,56 millions MYR).

    L’accord-cadre n’aura aucun effet sur le capital social ni sur la répartition des principaux actionnaires d’ENRA, puisqu’il n’implique aucune attribution ou émission de nouvelles actions par ENRA. À l’exception des risques opérationnels habituels, le Conseil d’administration d’ENRA n’a connaissance d’aucun autre facteur de risque découlant de cet accord.

    Le HOA devrait avoir un impact positif sur le bénéfice par action, l’actif net par action et le ratio d’endettement du groupe ENRA pour l’exercice se clôturant le 31 mars 2026. Aucun administrateur, actionnaire majeur de la société ou personne qui leur est liée n’a d’intérêt, direct ou indirect, dans ce contrat. Toute évolution significative liée à cet accord sera communiquée conformément aux exigences en vigueur.
