The acquisition, which comes for an undisclosed sum, brings together an operation with more than 50,000 sq. ft of manufacturing facilities, in a move the firms said would increase production capacity and national reach.

Based in Normanton, West Yorkshire, SIP Build UK is made up of the specialist brands SIP Build UK, Frame Build UK and Clad Build UK. The firms engineer, manufacture and install structural timber buildings for projects across the residential, commercial and leisure sectors, as well as military infrastructure, modular buildings and temperature-controlled environments.
