    SIP Industries Limited a annoncé que lors de sa réunion du 11 février 2025, son conseil d’administration a pris note de la démission de Mme Archana Jalla en tant que secrétaire de la société et responsable de la conformité avec effet au 11 février 2025 et a approuvé la nomination de Mme Ramya Ravi en tant que secrétaire de la société et responsable de la conformité avec effet au 12 février 2025. Mme Ramya Ravi est membre associée de l’Institut indien des secrétaires d’entreprise et possède 7 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du secrétariat. Elle a obtenu son diplôme au MOP Vaishnav College for Women, à Chennai.
